This Syrah is an assembly of two vineyards, Font Levant and Rouelle Nord, in St. Joseph. 30-year average vine age on granite terroir. 

La Sybarite is a barrel selection of the best wines of a given vintage. A Sybarite is a person who is self-indulgent in their search for sensuous luxury. Only 200 cases produced.
