Bichi - Tecate La Gorda Yori 2020

55% Palomino (from 80-year-old own-rooted vines in the Valle de Guadalupe), 37% Chenin Blanc (from 35-year-old vines in Tecate) and 8% Sauvignon Blanc (from 5-year-old vines in Tecate). All grapes destemmed and fermented separately before blending at bottling. Tiny addition of SO2 at bottling.
