A lot of producers in the Willamette pay homage to Burgundy, but we love Bow & Arrow because of their unapologetic Loire-centric output. And this bottle is proof. It’s lighter, snappier and more refreshing than your average Pinot and therefore pairs with so many dishes. But we’re just as happy with a glass on it’s own.
