Chateau Puech Redon - Apparente Rouge 2020

From the Producer: Château Puech Redon wine estate is located in Languedoc Roussillon in the Gard department. Turning back on Cévennes foothills, its semi hills are oriented southwards. The soil is clay and limestone. The alternation of mediterranean warmth summer days and fresh nights is special feature of its terroir. We grow, produce, vinify and bottle all our organic wines in a will of respect for the environment and sustainable development.

We are strongly involved in persevering wildlife of the surrounding nature aiming to reduce our environmental footprint. We pride ourselves on perpetuating a tradition that has a cultural dimension. The grapes are harvested by hand. The vinification is carried out whith indigenous yeasts, without «inputs». The wines are not fined and very little filtered at bottling. The management of S02 is drastic as we only use it in case of extreme necessity. This approach allows wines to fully release the potential of the terroir. Come try the experience!
