A wine made in a truly ancient manner, viniified and aged in clay amphorae. (Perhaps) surprising floral aromas lead to raspberry and clementine notes on the palate, cut by just the right amount of minerality. This balance makes it a wonderful wine for a variety of food, but you will be very happy opening this one up, pouring it out, waiting a bit and just drinking it on it's own. It's very worth of just that. Produced by three old-school natural Italian winemakers who know what they're doing.
