Michael Cruse, a California native, got into wine through his love of science. He prefers to focus on more esoteric grapes like this blend of Valdigue, Carignan, Syrah, St. Laurent. The grapes are grown following organic & sustainable practices and fermented in tank, concrete and neutral oak resulting in fresh brambly fruit notes and subtle tannins.

The nose is raspberry, bramble, and sapid, white strawberries. The palate is high acid and clean with a crunchy, rhubarb finish.
