Descendientes de José Palacios - Pétalos Bierzo 2021

Harvesting is all done by hand. The estate vineyards are farmed biodynamically and all wine making is done biodynamically. The wines are fermented in large oak fermentors with punch down. Maceration for about 25 days. No fining.

Medium to Fully body, tannins, and acidity. Cherry, pomegranate, blackberry, licorice notes.
