This Chablis from Burgundy is all about the balance. A medium-bodied, fully-satisfying Chardonnay that keeps the palate refreshed with plenty of minerality, touches of salinity and crisp green apple and lemon notes. Works lighter seafood fare, of course but has enough depth to ride along with richer dishes like pork sausage or salmon too!
