 100% Syrah from 40-50 year old vines in alluvial soil with pebbles. Lieu-dit: Les Chassis. Hand harvested, destemmed. Maceration 3-4 weeks. Fermented 20 days in stainless steel tank and aged 33% each in tank, concrete vat and wooden tanks. Light filtration before bottling.
