Domaine Saint Cyr - Beaujolais La Galoche Rouge 2022

An absolutely easy-drinking Beaujolais but with a bit more heft than your average glou glou; there’s a bit more to talk about here. A little brambly, with floral aromas, hints of spice and of course some juicy raspberry and even a little blood orange. Pull it out of the cooler in the summer and let it keep you warm by the fire pit in the winter. 

Certified Organic. From a 15 hectare plot of 25 year old vines that sit on clay-limestone soils. Hand-harvested and destemmed. A carbonic maceration using native yeasts for 15 days and alcoholic fermentation for 20 days, followed by 6 months aging in concrete tanks. No sulfur added.
