Flor del Desierto, Sierra Sotol

Sotol Sierra has an aroma of pine needles, eucalyptus, and wet river rocks. The palate exhibits white pepper, citrus, green herbs, and minerality.

Sotol is a distillate, from the Chihuahuan desert northern Mexico, made from a type of shrub, Dasylirion wheeleri, more commonly called desert spoon. That’s in contrast to Tequila and mezcal, crafted from agave.
