Floral Terranes - Ida Cider 2021

All foraged fruit (including some pears). Named after the hurricane in 2021 that dropped epic rains on Long Island, forcing quite a few apples to drop pre-maturely. This early "harvest" manifests as a beautiful, briny green-olive savory character in this still cider with a delicate oiliness on the mid-palate and saline finish. Dry!
