Notes of boxwood, lemon, and hints of fresh almonds on the nose. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and features good acidity that enhances the zesty fruit profile. The wine is bone dry and extremely food-friendly, typical of Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc.

Great pairing with meaty and oily fish.
