- The domaine is a long-time family affair: it was created at the end of the 19th century by Alfonse Delecheneau as a traditional polyculture with crop and livestock
- Damien, the 5th generation, took over in 2002 at only 22 years old and immediately started the progressive transition towards organic viticulture
- Since 2016, when he took the helm from iconic local grower and biodynamic pioneer Francois Chidaine, Damien also heads the appellation Montlouis-sur-Loire, one of the most progressive AOCs in the area
- Coralie joined her husband in the winery as a fully active partner in 2009; the couple met a while before that while studying enology in Bordeaux and collected experience together in wineries in the USA, France or South Africa
- Grange means barn in French, and Tiphaine is the traditional name of the place where the winery is located – so the name is basically the winery’s address!
