The project was born out of their desire to create balanced wines by working with different producers from various backgrounds and unique styles. The Heroine Chardonnay is balanced and NOT a heavy hitting vanilla/wood style Chardonnay. Perfect for pairing fireside with a cheese plate and your BFFs.
