Jolie Laide - Syrah Central Coast

The Central Coast Syrah is a blend of two vineyard sites; Coast View and Brosseau. The vineyards are located at 2200-2400 ft elevation, with decomposed granite and limestone soils. The fruit was foot-crushed and fermented 100% whole cluster. A very classic Syrah profile of concentrated black fruit, olive, forest shrub!
