The wine is vibrant straw yellow with fine bubbles, offering aromas of pear, Granny Smith apple, lime flower, and creamy lemon. Its palate is elegant, featuring dried pear, apple, anise, and saline minerals with excellent length. 

Pair with seafood, salad, spicy, cream based, and fried dishes.
