Michelle and Laurent, husband and wife, are true masters of their craft whose vineyards are located in the Premier Cru village of Mareuil-sur-Aÿ alongside some of the heaviest-hitters in the Champagne world. This is a Grower Champagne, which means it’s produced by the same people who grow the grapes (a surprisingly rare thing in Champagne).
