Niepoort Tawny Port NV

Niepoort Tawny Port NV is a fortified wine from the Douro region of Portugal, crafted by the renowned Niepoort family, winemakers since 1842. Made from hand-harvested grapes from 30-year-old vines, it is aged in barrels for 3.5 years. It has a brick-red/tawny color with nutty aromas and dried fruit notes. The wine is balanced, luscious, and finishes lively, pairing well with desserts, pâtés, or foie gras, and can be served slightly chilled as an aperitif.
