Olek Bondonio - Barbera d'Alba 2021

Olek Bondonia took over production of his family's 3.5 hectare estate back in 2005. The small size of the vineyard allows him to work all the vines himself. This unfined/unfiltered Barbera d'Alba is fermented with native yeasts in neutral oak barrels for structured tannin and fresh berry fruit notes.

Perfect pairing: wild mushoom pasta or pizza!
