Paraschos - Kai 2018
This incredible skin-contact/orange wonder is made from Friulano grapes from 80 year-old vines grown on the Italy/Slovenia border, produced by the Paraschos brothers Alexis and Jannis with some help from their father Evangelos.
On the nose you’ll discover sharp notes of beeswax and syrupy fruit that gives way to something a bit bolder on the palate with it’s medium-body and tannic structure.
