Pequenos Rebentos - Vinho Verde Loureiro Nat'Cool 2021 1L

Organic and the grapes come from a vineyard in Ponte de Lima planted in the early 1990s. Dirk Niepoort defined 8 rules for a wine to be NAT'COOL is a collaboration with Dirk Niepoort and like-minded producers in Portugal to create 1 Liter bottles of natural wine. The idea is “less is more” thus a wine that’s light, fresh, and fun. Spontaneously fermented in stainless steel on the fine lees with only so2 added at bottling.
