Ramón Jané - Cabòries 2021

VIticultor Ramon Jane is a project started by Ramon Jane himself. He has pioneered the viticulture in his native Penedes region of Spain through biodynamics and precision techniques. He is setting the bar for wine lovers to discover Penedes with exciting new classics. The Cabories is a red blend of Mando, Sumo, and Xarel-lo. Hand harvest with spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, aged in used barrels to guard freshness of plum and red berry notes. Pairs well with mushroom dishes and grilled meats.
