Séléné - Beaujolais Cuvée De Printemps 2022

Sylvere Trichard is a very young vigneron who lives in the small hamlet of Blace, a village in Beaujolais close to Brouilly. In 2012, after interning with Domaine Belluard and working at Domaine Lapalu, he took over 4ha of vines of his uncle who already had been farming organically and biodynamically since 1998.

Sylvere is a dedicated vine grower, extremely attached to his land and eager to craft the best wine by pushing his limits. His wines goes through semi-carbonic maceration and are aged in a combination of concrete vats, 5-6 years old barrels and foudre and are bottled with or without SO2.
