Stratum - Jumilla Monastrell Matas Altas 2021

Medium to full-bodied with good structure and acidity with a dark ruby red color.

Aromas and flavors of bramble, red berries, game, leather, mineral, and clove.  Vibrant, energetic, and stony, with plum and bramble fruit and undertones of clove and white pepper. Crunchy texture with great tannins.
