Another fantastic bottle from Strekov 1075 in Slovakia. A red that is lighter in body due the way in which the Alibernet is quickly pressed off the skins, then blended with the St. Laurent and Portugieser- almost like blending some white wine in with the red here. Bright, refreshing red fruit on the palate, ready for a nice chill.
