A mouth-watering, lip-smacking bottling of 100% Cinsault, from a parcel chosen for its ability to ripen at a low degree of alcohol. There’s lot of finesse here, coupled with an almost athletic length: “cerise en nez et cerise en bouche [cherry on the nose, cherry on the palate]... ça pinote [acts like a Pinot].” Made exclusively for Super Glou and inspired by our house cat Lamont, who, if a person, would lounge around all day slurping this.
