Aromas of orange peel, herbs, light spice. on the palate bitter-orange forward, balanced sweetness (not syrupy), herbal backbone.

The finish is clean, lightly bitter, refreshing.

vs. Campari. softer, less aggressively bitter

vs. Aperol, more bitter, less sweet

Classic uses, Spritz (Zissou + prosecco + soda), Negroni (gin + sweet vermouth + Zissou), and an Americano (Zissou + vermouth + soda).

Also good on the rocks with an orange slice or with soda for a low-ABV drink!
