Light, fresh, red fruit dominant: cherries, raspberries, maybe some strawberry.

Pairing: charcuterie, light red meats, grilled chicken or pork, pizzas, roasted vegetables, even some lighter tomato sauces. Because it’s bright and fresh, it can work nicely with foods that have a bit of acid or are simply prepared.
