Aitia - Edelzwicker White Wine Blend Columbia Gorge 2022

AITIA is a project from Laura Brennan Bissell that is focused on the Underwood Mountain terroir of the Columbia Gorge. Laura's vineyards sit at 1700 feet on the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge. The estate vineyards are organically farmed, dry-farmed, own-rooted, and no-till. The vines are untied, allowed to grow naturally. The property is painted with natural cover crop. This is truly organic, sustainable viticulture.

This wine is inspired by traditional Alsatian Edelzwicker blends, emphasizing serene minerality and bold acidity, which reflect the volcanic soils and distinct climate of the Columbia Gorge.
