Aromas of candied oranges, hazelnut, apricot, yellow peach, dried herbs, and mineral notes.

Rich and lush mouthfeel, with flavors of baked peach, cantaloupe, and a fresh, energetic acidity. The wine is sustained by a mineral backbone and finishes with a sense of freshness.

Pair with Mediterranean dishes, roasted poultry, grilled fish, shellfish, and vegetable-based dishes.  Its nutty and citrus notes work well with hard cheeses, charcuterie, and mildly spiced Asian cuisine.
