Bonnet-Cotton Brouilly 2022

Taken from one single vineyard parcel of 1.5ha on pink granite called ‘Les Mines,’ of 65 year-old vines in the village of Brouilly. Vinified semi-carbonic in large cement tanks with whole clusters, then aged in large old foudre for eight months. Unfined, unfiltered. No SO2 added.

The Brouilly from Bonnet-Cotton is described as having a lighter and fresher style compared to their Côte de Brouilly bottling, with notes of wild berries, juiciness, and a "dressed to impress" character.  The wine is recommended to pair well with roasted white meats, braised dishes, and red sauces.
