Cardedu - Praja Monica di Sardegna 2024

Sergio Loi is a 4th generation winemaker in the southeast corner of Sardinia. The winery has never used any chemicals in their farming and practices minimal intervention in the cellar.

This particular wine has notes of baking spices and dark cherry. It's a bit like Christmas in a bottle but great all year round! Try with mushroom risotto or wood-fired pizza!
