Champagne Delalot - Les Dionysiaques R22

Traditional brut style with 11g dosage, balancing fruit and freshness. Sandy soils from Charly-sur-Marne and Saulchery. 

Broad and creamy on entry.  Flavors of baked apple, yellow peach, pear, citrus zest, and toasted pastry.

The relatively generous dosage gives a rounded texture, but acidity and mineral freshness keep it from feeling heavy.  A slight saline/chalky edge appears on the finish.
