Aromas of ripe blackberry, plum, and red cherry.  Hints of spice, white pepper, and light earth/minerality.

On the palate, medium-bodied, smooth and approachable.  Bright, with flavors of cherry, raspberry, and dark plum, touches of dried herbs and mineral notes.

Pair with grilled meats, steak, tomato-based dishes or pasta!
