Cueva Nueva - Vermut NV

Cueva Nueva is a Spanish-style red vermouth (vermut rojo) made from primarily Garnacha Blanca and Airén grapes and infused with 88 botanicals. It is designed in the traditional Vermut de Reus style from Tarragona, Spain.

Medium-bodied with a silky texture.  Sweetness balanced by herbaceous notes.  Flavors of orange zest, warm spices, and aromatic herbs, cinnamon, clove, and rosemary.  Hints of vanilla and soft oak add roundness and complexity.

Serve over ice with an orange slice and green olive (the classic Spanish serve).  Excellent in a Negroni or Manhattan. Pairs well with olives, almonds, anchovies, cured meats, and salty tapas.
