Cyclic Dry River Brewing Collaboration Matinada Spanish Ale - 750ml Bottle

Cyclic always brews seasonally, in small batches of 650L, using only organic products coming from local farms in Catalunya and specifically around the Penedès (with the only exception being the hops). These are immensely fresh and low-intervention beers, made with no preservatives, but Cyclic's retain a level of precision and technique that isn't always always seen in the beer and co-ferment avant-garde. 'Matinada' is a dark sour beer, brewed with Colombian Chambaku coffee from Nømad Coffee in Barcelona, zest and juice from organic oranges from the family farm in Alt Empordà, organic vanilla from Madagascar, and sea salt, with a small Palisade dry-hopping. 2022's Matinada is dry, sour, light-bodied, but with intense coffee flavor. Mineral, earthy, but focused, with a touch of cacao and florality. Christmas morning beer, Monday morning beer, beer for your cigarette and espresso. No coffee stout, this. Incredible stuff.
