Infinite Air Castles is a Willamette Valley red wine blend composed of 25% Dolcetto and 75% Gamay grapes from the Old Wagon Road Vineyard in the Yamhill Carlton AVA.

Lively, fruity, and refreshing personality with a rosy floral and fruity aroma.

Pairs well with grilled or roasted meats, hearty stews, and rich pasta dishes.  The wine's fruity and floral notes could also complement dishes with fruit components, like a roasted pork tenderloin with a cherry or berry compote!
