100% Cabernet Franc planted on schist soils, with north-facing, gobelet-trained vines. Aged for 10 months in large, older barrels.

Aromas, fresh red and dark fruit with floral hints and gentle spice on some expressions. 

Palate, lively and mineral-driven, with fine, elegant tannins, vibrancy, and a fluid texture typical of natural Cabernet Franc from cool soils.

Structure, medium body with balanced acidity and a refreshing finish.

Food friendly wine, pairs well with grilled and roasted meats, braised dishes, richer fish, tomato-based sauces, and vegetable dishes.
