Domaine de l'Ecu Love & Grapes Nobis - Syrah 2024

A lush and elegant natural Syrah produced by Fred Niger, whose goal is to craft cuvées that express “purity of fruit, poise and precision”. We’d say he nailed it with this one. Peppery with deep, dark fruit notes. Unfussy and ready for a charcuterie plate with a side of fries.

A medium-bodied, juicy explosion of black cherry, dark plum, and blueberry, lifted by bright acidity and silky, smooth tannins.

Classic charcuterie boards, crispy French fries (frites), or fried boudin.  Perfect with sizzling burgers with mushrooms and melted Swiss cheese, braised beef, or smoked pork ribs.
