White flowers and blossom, ripe pear, yellow apple, peach, and sometimes hints of exotic fruit.  Citrus freshness and subtle minerality with a rounded texture balanced by lively acidity.  Fresh, slightly bitter finish that adds structure and food-friendliness.

Dry, medium-bodied, and supple. The attack is soft and rounded, opening to flavors of yellow apple, peach, citrus, and delicate floral notes. Fresh acidity and a chalky mineral edge keep the wine energetic through the finish.

Excels with roast chicken, salmon, mushroom tart, charcuterie, roast pork loin, duck breast with cherry sauce, soft-ripened cheeses such as Brie or Camembert, and vegetable-forward dishes.
