Domaine Rougeot - Bourgogne Cote d'Or Rouge Pinot Noir Sans Soufre 2022

The only blended wine from the Rougeot domaine, the Bourgogne Pinot Noir is a mixture of both Lameroses and Vaux parcels, with shorter maceration as the heat and concentration of the ‘22 vintage lended itself to a bit of experimentation.  Bottled unfined and unfiltered and without additional SO2.

Ruby red, aromas of red cherry and wild strawberry, floral notes (violets), forest floor / earthiness.  Juicy acidity, mineral finish.
