Domaine Saint Cyr - Sauvage Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc 2021

100% Sauvignon Blanc from 15 year-old estate vines, planted on the profound clay-limestone soils of Raphäel St-Cyr's native Pierres Dorées. Direct press, fermented in neutral oak barrels with native yeasts. Aged entirely in those same barrels on full lees for two years. Unfined, unfiltered, no SO2 added.

A grand white wine, reminding one of the most excellent examples from central France - old-school Dageneau, a more natural François Cotat. Only 2000 bottles produced.
