Finca Adalgisa - Lujan de Cuyo Malbec 2019

Remarkably elegant, old-vine red wine that presents a distinct, texturally refined "Bordeaux-style" expression of Argentine Malbec.  Deeply layered and expressive. It opens with ripe dark fruits like blackberry, black plum, and dried fig, underscored by complex accents of sweet tobacco, cedar, gravel, and baking spices (clove and cinnamon).

Rich yet impeccably balanced. It delivers flavors of wild blueberry, plum, dark chocolate, and cocoa nibs, balanced by fresh herbal top-notes like sage and a subtle hint of orange peel.

Perfect pairing for grilled flank steak (asado), slow-roasted lamb shoulder with rosemary, or pan-seared duck breast, wild mushroom risotto, truffled pasta, or rich stews featuring savory root vegetables and lentils, and hard cheeses.
