Our award-winning Ambient Fizz series is the best thing we can imagine for easy drinking – true barrel-aged spontaneous ale brewed and blended with lambic techniques, but in a can at a crushable session ale strength!

Like our Open Work series, the Ambient Fizz beers are brewed with a painstakingly traditional process including a turbid mash and four-hour boil. Our practice of allowing the beer to be inoculated exclusively with ambient microbes from the brewery air requires a dash of good luck and an act of faith in providence.

Blended from 1- and 2-year-aged oak barrels and then refermented on ripe raspberries, this deep purple quencher boasts complex fruity, tart and funky flavors that only time and careful blending can provide.
