Very dry (or nearly so, especially in Brut Nature style). Crisp, high acidity cutting through fruit. Red fruit continues: fresh strawberry, raspberry. A saline or “savory saltiness” element toward the finish. The minerality (stone or limestone) gives structure. Texture is elegant, not heavy. Fine bubbles keep it lively.
