Inconnu - Merlot 2018

Inconnu is a California-based project by winemaker Laura Brennan Bissell, founded in 2012 with a focus on organic/regenerative viticulture, cooler sites, and minimalist cellar work.

Medium bodied, with aromatics leaning toward red & black fruit, herbal/cedar nuance, a touch of mocha/earth.

The finish is balanced, showing minerality and structure rather than just ripe fruit and sweet oak.
