Bright citrus fruit, stone fruit, and mineral tones with high acidity, dry finish, subtle body.  Smoky, energetic white wines that combine Mosel‑like weightlessness with Chablis‑like mineral notes.

Light to medium body. Firm, tight, with noticeable tension. The finish likely will be long, minerally, perhaps with saline or stony notes. “Crunchy” or edgy acidity rather than smooth. Youthful energy.
