Clean fruit (green apple, pear, hints of lemon or lime). A bit of floral lift. Mineral notes: wet stone, slate or chalky overlay. Possibly some herbal or green‑vegetal hints (cut herbs, perhaps thyme or nettle).

Light to medium body, dry, with quite firm acidity. Crisp and tense. Fruit will be more in the lighter spectrum — citrus, green apple, perhaps some stone fruit leanings but not heavy. Nice minerality; perhaps some bitterness or tension on the finish (maybe a hint of rhubarb‑like bitterness). The finish might show some saline or salty‑stone edge.
