Katsunuma Jyozo - Arugano Vento

Katsunuma Jyozo Arugano Vento is a white wine produced by Katsunuma Winery in Yamanashi, Japan. It is made from the Koshu grape variety, which is a unique Japanese grape known for its aromatic and floral characteristics.

As an aromatic and floral white wine, with subtle citrus, white peach and mineral flavors it is characterized as a crisp, light-bodied wine, sometimes compared to Muscadet.  More specifically, the wine is said to have an intense aromatic profile, with notes of passionfruit, grapefruit and other tropical characters on the nose. The palate is described as having beautiful linear acidity, a crisp and salty finish, and wonderful purity.
